Chapter 25 Return to the Old House

After breakfast, the landline in the villa suddenly rang. Lillian picked up the phone and after a brief conversation, she handed the receiver to Laura and mouthed, "It's the old lady calling."

Laura quickly picked up the phone and politely called, "Grandma."

On the other end of the phone, Grandma Smith and Grandpa Smith were vying to talk to their grandson's wife. After a "competition", the old lady finally "won".
