Na het avondeten en mijn korte gesprek met mijn vader besloot ik terug te gaan naar mijn kamer voor de rest van de nacht, waar ik in alle rust mijn ontsnapping kon plannen. Ik liep een tijdje heen en weer in mijn donkere kamer, me afvragend hoe ik uit dit landhuis kon komen en iemand kon vinden die een portaal voor me kon openen.

Ik was echter niet lang in mijn kamer toen ik een klop op de deur hoorde. Iemand probeerde de hendel voordat ik zelfs maar kon antwoorden, maar de deur was op slot. Toen hoorde ik plotseling een sleutel in de deur glijden. De deur ging open en Selena stond daar.
