Although David didn't use any force, Sophia just shook her head slightly and her chin was freed from his restraint.
He slowly withdrew his hand and propped it up beside her legs, his fingers gripping the edge of the wooden chair, so close that she could almost feel his warm breath on her face, "Did you remember?"
Sophia turned her head and her eyes fell on the rough carvings on the pavilion's pillars. She said vaguely, "I know, I know. I remember it clearly."
