Chapter 27 Cancellation of Engagement

Howard looked helpless and handed the marriage certificate to Samantha. Samantha opened it and took a closer look. As she expected, the marriage certificate was printed with their thumbprints.

Esther seemed to remember something and said angrily, "No wonder I woke up suddenly in the middle of the night the day before yesterday and saw my mother holding my hand and pressing something. It turned out to be this damn marriage certificate!"

" Master Samantha , how can there be such a mother in the world? She knew that once the marriage contract was signed, I would die, but she would not feel any pain?" Esther's eyes were red, thinking of all the hard work she had put in over the years, but in return she was treated like this by her parents, and her heart was filled with despair.
