Chapter 31 Plastic Flower Sisters
Trudy comes from a poor family, but she is vain. She sticks to Butterfly just for the brand-name bags and clothes that Butterfly discards, and the expensive drinks in the high-end bar 1949. This luxurious and intoxicating life is exactly what she dreams of.
Evelyn once sarcastically called her a lapdog around Butterfly, which hit the nail on the head.
However, Trudy was unwilling to accept such an evaluation. She knew that Butterfly was a brainless person, and she envied and was jealous of her good fortune. In fact, she didn't like Butterfly, and even hated Evelyn more. In her eyes, Evelyn , a "country bumpkin", should have been lower than her, but she lived so beautifully.
